Since opening our doors in 1971 (as Lake Region Furniture), our family has been dedicated to offering value, quality and superior service with each piece of furniture we sell. We take pride in ensuring your complete satisfaction, from the moment you enter our showroom to the day we deliver your furniture to your home - and beyond.

Our Promise

Many of our customers come back year after year.  We like to think it has something to do with our great personality, but we think it might have more to do with our great service (before and after the sale), our exceptional value, and our price guarantee. Our success is built on building relationships.  So, what does that mean to you? Here's what we promise:

We promise that if you find the identical product and service received from us at a lower overall price within 30 days of your purchase, send in proof of the lower price and we'll refund 110% of the difference.

We promise to examine your furniture before delivery or pick up to make sure it's in good condition.

We promise to meet our delivery schedule window or reschedule at your convenience.

We promise that our delivery personnel will be clean, courteous, and professional when they deliver your furniture.

We promise to place the furniture in your home the way you want it, out of the cartons and fully assembled. Our delivery staff does not leave until your furniture selection is completely set up to your satisfaction.

We promise to stand behind the furniture that we sell and to honor all manufacturer's warranties.  We will provide you with "Free Service" on manufacturers defects on non-Clearance items for up to one year after delivery of your furniture, As your exclusive remedy, we will repair the item or, at our option, replace it. Although in-home mishaps such as scratches, tears and intentional damage do not fall under our "Free Service" policy, our Service Department will be happy to advise you on how best to handle these issues. Since fabric mills and furniture manufacturers do not guarantee fabrics, they are not guaranteed against wear, color-fastness, or any damage caused by any cleaning process.
